BTS’ ‘Butter’ music video cover by cats is the newest viral clip on the internet and it is ‘purrfect’ | K-pop Movie News

As if cat videos on the internet weren’t addictive enough, the internet is now obsessing a bunch of cool cats and their cover of BTS‘ ‘Butter‘ music video.

The clip that has gone viral on social media sees the little furballs work on their swag as they are filmed in action and their moves synchronised with that of RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jungkook, V, Jin and Jimin.

The clip that recreates the first few seconds of the song matches everything to ‘purrfection’. Right from the monochrome colour tone, to JungKook kissing his ARMY tattoo, V licking a lollipop, lining up for their mugshot, these furballs did it all.

Meanwhile, Butter has been on a record-breaking spree. The song that recently made history as the fastest MV to hit the 300 million views mark, is now powering its way to the 400 million mark. While the video captures hearts, the song is taking over the music charts and recorded the band’s second week at the number 1 spot on the Billboard’s hot 100 charts.

According to the latest buzz, BTS is reportedly set to drop a new album in July. While some rumours hint at the boys releasing the album on ARMY day – June 9, others say that an album featuring a mix of songs with a total of 23 tracks will be out by the end of July.

Big Hit Music, released a statement, that neither confirms or denies this claim. The record label simply said that they will make the big reveal only after their plans are finalized.
