Varun Dhawan condemns violence against doctors and medical workers; says, “don’t harass doctors, you can’t do that” | Hindi Movie News


Reports on patients’ relatives attacking the doctors have been coming from across the country and Varun Dhawan has condemned the act in his recent Instagram live session. He took to Instagram to interact with a young doctor where they talked about the ongoing violence against the medical workers and a solution to this situation.

During the conversation, the actor also talked about his ‘Maasi’ who was in a hospital in Chicago last year for a month. He added that she passed away 40 days after that.

The actor also said that it is sad that they have to talk about violence towards doctors and make people aware that it is not right. He added that doctors have been like God to everyone, especially in the current situation. He went on to say that the masses should understand that it’s not their mistake if a patient loses a life.

He said, “don’t harass doctors, you can’t do that.”

He hoped that everyone will spread awareness about the same and stand with the doctors. Meanwhile, before starting the live chat, the actor also informed his fans that he will get vaccinated before resuming his shoots.

On the work front, he managed to wrap up the shoot of his next film, ‘Bhediya’ opposite Kriti Sanon. He was stationed in Arunachal Pradesh with the team. He will also feature in a movie titled ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ co-starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani.
